By accessing or using FolderyMenu or FolderyMenu Go, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the applications.
Application Description
FolderyMenu is a macOS utility that provides customizable menu bar access to files, folders, applications, web links, searches, and related workflows. FolderyMenu Go is the companion and standalone iOS app that lets users access selected folders and cloud drive locations, including Google Drive™ and Microsoft OneDrive™.
Features and functionality may change over time without notice.
No Warranty
FolderyMenu and FolderyMenu Go are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do our best to maintain compatibility and reliability across macOS, iOS, Apple hardware, cloud storage providers, Finder integrations, file permissions systems, OAuth providers, and other constantly changing environments.
Due to the large number of system configurations, third-party services, cloud providers, file structures, permissions models, OAuth requirements, and macOS or iOS changes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, full compatibility, or error-free behavior.
FolderyMenu and FolderyMenu Go may occasionally experience bugs, delays, missing results, permission issues, indexing inconsistencies, sign-in issues, authorization issues, or compatibility problems related to macOS or iOS updates, cloud provider behavior, OAuth changes, or external software.
No Guarantee of Availability or Compatibility
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or uninterrupted operation
- Compatibility with all macOS or iOS versions or future updates
- Compatibility with all cloud storage providers or sync platforms
- Availability of specific features in future versions
- That all files or folders will always appear immediately or correctly
- That searches or filters will always return every possible result
- Continued availability of Google Drive™, OneDrive™, or other third-party APIs
User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining backups of your files and data
- Reviewing file actions before performing them
- Granting and managing macOS, iOS, and cloud account permissions appropriately
- Using the application in compliance with applicable laws and Apple policies
- Complying with the terms and account rules of any cloud provider you connect
Some actions available through FolderyMenu may modify files directly using standard macOS file operations, including rename, move, duplicate, copy, and move-to-trash actions.
If you connect Google Drive™, OneDrive™, or another cloud provider through FolderyMenu Go, you are responsible for choosing the correct account, reviewing the provider's permission screen, and revoking access if you no longer want the app to connect to that service.
Subscriptions and Purchases
FolderyMenu and FolderyMenu Go may offer subscriptions, free trials, or one-time purchases through Apple's App Store.
Billing, subscription management, cancellations, and payment processing are handled by Apple.
No Refund Policy
Except where required by law or provided by Apple policy, purchases, subscriptions, and renewals are non-refundable.
Users are encouraged to evaluate the application during any available free trial period before subscribing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolderyMenu, FolderyMenu Go, and their developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of files or data
- Business interruption
- Lost profits
- Loss of productivity
- Cloud synchronization issues
- Cloud provider outages, API changes, or authorization failures
- Permission or security-related issues
Use of the application is at your own risk.
Third-Party Services
FolderyMenu and FolderyMenu Go may interact with Apple APIs and third-party services such as:
- iCloud Drive
- OneDrive™
- Google Drive™
- Dropbox
- Finder
- Quick Look
- Apple App Store services
- Google OAuth and Google Drive™ APIs
- Microsoft identity platform and Microsoft Graph APIs
We are not responsible for outages, bugs, behavior changes, sync issues, permission prompts, API availability, account restrictions, authorization failures, data handling, or security practices of third-party providers.
Cloud drive login and file access features depend on the connected provider's own systems and terms. Google, Microsoft, Apple, and other providers may change their authentication flows, APIs, scopes, pricing, access rules, security requirements, or service availability at any time.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of FolderyMenu or FolderyMenu Go after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
