Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FolderyMenu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

Application Description

FolderyMenu is a macOS utility that provides customizable menu bar access to files, folders, applications, web links, searches, and related workflows.

Features and functionality may change over time without notice.

No Warranty

FolderyMenu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do our best to maintain compatibility and reliability across macOS versions, Apple hardware, cloud storage providers, Finder integrations, file permissions systems, and other constantly changing environments.

Due to the large number of system configurations, third-party services, cloud providers, file structures, permissions models, and macOS changes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, full compatibility, or error-free behavior.

FolderyMenu may occasionally experience bugs, delays, missing results, permission issues, indexing inconsistencies, or compatibility problems related to macOS updates, cloud provider behavior, or external software.

No Guarantee of Availability or Compatibility

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted operation
• Compatibility with all macOS versions or future updates
• Compatibility with all cloud storage providers or sync platforms
• Availability of specific features in future versions
• That all files or folders will always appear immediately or correctly
• That searches or filters will always return every possible result

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your files and data
• Reviewing file actions before performing them
• Granting and managing macOS permissions appropriately
• Using the application in compliance with applicable laws and Apple policies

Some actions available through FolderyMenu may modify files directly using standard macOS file operations, including rename, move, duplicate, copy, and move-to-trash actions.

Subscriptions and Purchases

FolderyMenu may offer subscriptions, free trials, or one-time purchases through Apple’s App Store.

Billing, subscription management, cancellations, and payment processing are handled by Apple.

No Refund Policy

Except where required by law or provided by Apple policy, purchases, subscriptions, and renewals are non-refundable.

Users are encouraged to evaluate the application during any available free trial period before subscribing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolderyMenu and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of files or data
• Business interruption
• Lost profits
• Loss of productivity
• Cloud synchronization issues
• Permission or security-related issues

Use of the application is at your own risk.

Third-Party Services

FolderyMenu may interact with macOS APIs and third-party services such as:

• iCloud Drive
• OneDrive
• Google Drive
• Dropbox
• Finder
• Quick Look
• Apple App Store services

We are not responsible for outages, bugs, behavior changes, sync issues, or security practices of third-party providers.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of FolderyMenu after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
